Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Kate joined Transwestern in 2018 and serves as Property Manager for the Asset Services division of Transwestern San Antonio. She currently oversees a portfolio spanning 376,000 square feet of office and flex office properties throughout the San Antonio market. Her duties include property management, accounting, utilities management and tenant services. She is a proud member of San Antonio’s Transwestern Young Professionals and enjoys overseeing the program for the market. In 2022, Kate received the Transwestern Young Professionals Leadership Award given at Transwestern’s National Recognition Conference, honoring her unwavering commitment to Transwestern’s guiding principles and delivering exceptional results for both clients and team members.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Kate served as an office and personal assistant for America Commercial Real Estate in Spring, Texas and brings over four years of accomplished professional experience in sales and customer service.

Kate is a graduate from Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and is enrolled in the MBA program at Baylor University.
