Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Senior Vice President of Asset Services in Transwestern’s Atlanta office, Julie manages all aspects of property management for a portfolio within the Pacific Oak Strategic Opportunity REIT. She oversees more than 5 million square feet of office space, executing the owner’s objectives, managing capital improvements, financial reporting, budgeting, tenant relations, and contract management. She directs a diverse team of staff members committed to delivering exceptional service to clients and tenants.

With more than 30 years of property management experience, Julie is proficient in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, construction management, and lease analysis. She has worked with a variety of clients, including Metzler, Union Investment Real Estate, Nuveen, CW Capital, and Lionstone Group. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Julie spent over 14 years with PM Realty Group, overseeing all operations for the Eastern Division, including asset management, property management, engineering, and construction management for a portfolio exceeding 10 million square feet. Previously, she served as General Manager for Carter, managing a multi-use property comprising commercial office space, retail space, and an upscale residential community.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Julie is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Georgia and an active member of BOMA Georgia, where she achieved the Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation.

EDUCATION

Julie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Appalachian State University.
