TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Joy is an Assistant Property Manager working on the SOVA portfolio in the Hampton Roads area. In this role, Joy manages 1.4 million square feet of office, flex, and industrial properties in Chesapeake, Virginia and Norfolk, Virginia.   

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Joy has more than 10 years of experience in the property management industry in Hampton Roads, both commercial and residential, most recently as a Community Association Manager.

EDUCATION

Joy graduated from the American Academy McAllister Institute in New York.
