Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Josh is currently managing the 194,916 sq. ft. Reserve at Westchase, the 186,000 sq. ft. Westgate II building and the 192,313 sq. ft. 1500 Citywest building. He previously managed two Transwestern developed office projects Westgate I (247,443 sq. ft.) and Westway Plaza (313,420 sq. ft.), which were both sold in the summer of 2018. His clients include Peakstone, Miller Global, Transwestern, State Farm, Biourja, Members Choice Credit Union, MLB Partners and Nicola Crosby

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Josh has contributed to and overseen the management of commercial real estate projects across Houston throughout his 20-year career, including the management of 1000 Main, Heritage Plaza and The Lakes on Post Oak. Josh was previously a Senior Property Manager for a 1.9 million square foot portfolio for MetroNational in West Houston where he was responsible for all operations including engineering, R&M, security, capital improvements and all construction related activities.

EDUCATION

Josh received his BA in Liberal Arts/Business from Austin College and received his MBA in Administrative Management from the University of North Texas.
 
Josh is a Certified Property Manager and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas.
