Josh Lack

Josh is currently managing the 247,443 sq. ft. office project known as Westgate I,  the 194,916 sq. ft. Reserve at Westchase, the 157,412 sq. ft. Regency Center  and the 33,066 sq. ft. 9235 Katy Freeway building.  His clients include Miller Global, Transwestern, Soluxe International and CA Walker.

Josh has contributed to and overseen the management of commercial real estate projects across Houston throughout his 16 year career, including the management of 1000 Main, Heritage Plaza and The Lakes on Post Oak.  Josh was previously a Senior Property Manager for a 1.9 million square foot portfolio for MetroNational in West Houston where he was responsible for all operations including management, engineering, R&M, security, capital improvements and all construction related activities.

Josh received his BA in Liberal Arts/Business from Austin College. He received his MBA in Administrative Management from the University of North Texas
