Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Jimmy serves as an Analyst on Transwestern Development Company’s Capital Markets team and is based in Houston. He supports all efforts related to investor relations, structuring joint ventures, and reviewing performance analytics throughout Transwestern’s development pipeline.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

During his career, Jimmy was involved in the disposition of $2.5 billion of multifamily real estate focused on the Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, and San Antonio markets. He joined Transwestern in 2023 and has expanded his experience to include industrial, retail and office real estate development.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, he worked for Berkadia Real Estate Advisors, where he specialized in investment sales of multifamily real estate ranging from value add to core investments.

EDUCATION

Jimmy received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in the state of Texas.
