TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Frank specializes in providing healthcare real estate solutions to investors, developers, and healthcare providers. He provides a complete spectrum of transaction management services including landlord representation, tenant representation and investment sales services for hospital systems, physician groups, specialty groups, behavioral health operators, and public & private healthcare real estate investors. A strong advocate for his clients, Frank’s knowledge and expertise helps to align real estate needs with business demands, minimizing occupancy costs and providing increased flexibility. His client base includes both local and national users; he has completed hundreds of transactions locally as well as in 26 states.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Frank is responsible for leasing and marketing functions for medical office clients, including providing strategic planning, brokerage, and development advisory services. Notable clients include Rayus Radiology, Nystrom & Associates, Hudson Physicians, Ryan Companies Healthcare and Caravel Autism Health.
 
Prior to Transwestern, Frank worked at Oak Grove Capital where he provided financial management services to a $9 Billion portfolio.

EDUCATION

Frank received his B.S. in Accounting and Real Estate from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
