TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As a member of Transwestern's leadership team, Frances guides brand, marketing and communication strategies and sales enablement initiatives across the firm. Combining ingenuity with metrics-driven decision-making, she partners cross-functionally with leaders and marketing teams to amplify Transwestern's brand visibility, elevate its reputation, and foster meaningful engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Her collaborative leadership aligns talent, inspires transformation and champions excellence to advance the company's mission of delivering extraordinary results.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Frances managed property marketing, product marketing and business development teams and initiatives for more than 10 years at CBRE. Most recently, she served as marketing director for capital markets, spearheading value positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, content and creative. Her previous experience includes project management and brand development roles at Houston marketing agency FKM.
