TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Evan Saks is Vice President in the Dallas office, specializing in healthcare. Evan Saks brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience and has completed over 2M SF of leasing transactions. He is a highly motivated and disciplined professional with an established track record of achievements in the healthcare real estate sector.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to Transwestern, Saks served as a Senior Transaction Manager for CBRE overseeing a healthcare portfolio consisting of over 250 locations totaling over 11.2M SF. Evan identified savings in excess of $2M for the client while on the account.
 
Before CBRE, Saks served as the Vice President of Leasing for Healthcare Trust of America (HTA). He was responsible for overseeing the leasing strategy for HTA’s Texas assets, which included over 4.7M SF in the key markets of Houston, Austin and Dallas.
 
Prior to HTA, Evan was the Real Estate Operations Manager for Texas Health Resources where he managed a real estate portfolio of over 280 locations, negotiated transactions for new site selections, new leasing, renewals, relocations, terminations, etc. In addition, Evan also managed tenant build-outs and targeted new clinic acquisitions by providing fair market value analysis and other underwriting measures.

EDUCATION

In addition to his many work accomplishments, Evan is a licensed Texas real estate broker and founded his brokerage company in 2012. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University – COX School of Business.
