Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Corrie is the Manager of Research in Transwestern’s Manhattan office. She closely monitors local and national commercial real estate and economic trends, and provides analysis and actionable information to the firm’s brokers, clients, prospective clients and media. Starting in 2022, Corrie was elevated to provide national research leadership for the Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions team. In this role, she collaborates and produces a range of research deliverables to advance national research outreach.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

With more than 20 years of experience as a research analyst and professional writer, Corrie has a proven ability to translate data into meaningful insight and analysis. Prior to joining Transwestern, she was a quantitative strategist for Ten-X Commercial, where she was responsible for in-depth analysis of conditions and forecasts for 50 U.S. metro areas. She produced quarterly and annual reports on several property types, capital markets trends, construction outlooks, and demographic and employment trends. Previously, Corrie was a research associate for Rockwood Real Estate Advisors and, before entering commercial real estate, was in research in the advertising agency J. Walter Thompson Worldwide.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

In 2018, Corrie was honored by Ten-X with its North Star award, for embodying the firm’s company values and principles. She is active in her community and was elected to the leadership team at PS 117 in Briarwood (Queens), NY, where she helps to develop the school’s educational policies.

EDUCATION

Corrie earned a bachelor’s degree from New York University with a double major in Journalism and Russian.
