TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Carmen is responsible for working directly with the property manager, leasing agents, and engineers for a Class A office building that spans over 300,000 square feet and is managed for a top-tier client. Her main objective is to provide exceptional customer service when interacting with tenants, prospective tenants, owners and vendors while focusing on productivity and achieving results. Her primary responsibilities include customer service, building operations, financial personnel, administrative duties/functions and assisting with all tenant requests.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Carmen has daily interaction and maintains good working relationships with the property manager, building engineers, asset managers, leasing agents, project managers, tenants and vendors. She joined the 3811 Turtle Creek team and has been an asset. Carmen has been with Transwestern for 2 years and possesses the knowledge, determination, eagerness to learn and understands all the disciplines of industrial real estate, delivering exceptional results for a top-tier clients. She has also developed strong relationships with tenants and vendors and excels in customer service.
