TRANSWESTERN ROLE
For more than four decades, Carlos Bujosa has helped shape Houston's commercial real estate. He specializes in land and investment properties. Carlos is set apart by the lens through which he sees every deal. As a former State Certified Real Estate Appraiser, he brings a rigorous valuation mindset to all engagements — an uncommon combination in brokerage that allows him to advise clients not just on price, but on value, timing, and strategy.

Joining Transwestern in 2010, he brought a career rich in transactional depth and advisory experience. He was previously co-owner of McDade, Smith, a respected boutique brokerage, and earlier held positions with major commercial brokerage and commercial appraisal firms. He also founded his own brokerage and consulting practice — an entrepreneurial chapter that shaped his client-first approach.
