Carissa Falkenberg

As the Tenant Experience Coordinator at 50 South Sixth, Carissa finds herself front and center for tenant-facing activities. She is responsible for spearheading the tenant relations program and activating the building, and she helps connect tenants with the city of Minneapolis, the property management team, and ownership. She also supports the buildings operations team on day-to-day functions.

Carissa joined the 50 South Sixth team full-time in July of 2024. From the moment she joined the property management team, Carissa proved to be a capable and proactive lead on projects. She has successfully organized storage and inventory areas related to tenant events, implemented an updated newsletter format, and switched the tenant communication software to better meet Transwestern policies.

Carissa earned her bachelors degree in organizational communication from Bethel University in Minnesota.
