Brian O'Shaughnessy

Vice President Brian O’Shaughnessy provides comprehensive, strategic real estate advisory services to help local firms and multi-market account clients meet business objectives, operating requirements and financial goals. In his 20-year career in commercial real estate and finance, he has focused solely on representing tenants. His clients have included technology companies, government contractors, non-profits and associations.

Brian began his career in commercial finance with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch where he advised privately-held companies on liquidity options and ESOP 1042 rollover transactions. He oversaw and executed approximately $500 million in deals. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2019, Brian served as a Director at Newmark Knight Frank where he focused on providing tenant advisory service.
