Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
As Director of Engineering and Asset Management at Transwestern, Bob is recognized for his ability to drive operational excellence and deliver innovative solutions for property owners and tenants. He currently manages building operations and strategic development for the Marina Heights development — a 20-acre, Class A campus with two million square feet of Class A office space across five buildings in Tempe, Arizona. He is also involved in redevelopment planning for Chase Tower–201, an 800,000-square-foot mixed-use project in the Phoenix metro area.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Bob has more than 30 years of experience in building engineering, facilities management, and large-scale project development. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2014, as a general contractor, he managed major ground-up and full-site redevelopment projects, including a notable 250-acre infrastructure development. Additionally, Bob worked for 12 years in building operation and management for Hyatt Corporation, where he developed a companywide CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) program. Bob’s leadership is defined by a commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering premier environments for tenants, owners and stakeholders.
EDUCATION
Bob holds a general contractor’s license and certifications in OSHA and Arc Flash. He has completed specialized training at Trane University.
