Billy Gannon

Billy is a Senior Vice President at Transwestern.  He is a Dallas native and has been in the real estate industry since 2004. He started his career as a commercial appraiser and spent 13 years with the office Tenant Advisory Group at Cushman and Wakefield. His real estate career has taken him across the country representing various clients with lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, sale leasebacks, portfolio review and economic incentive consulting.

Billy won the 2013 Dallas Business Journal award for the Best Urban Office Deal of the Year when he represented the headquarters for Reel FX on their acquisition of a 73,000 RSF former Yahoo warehouse in Deep Ellum. Additionally, Billy has helped various coworking operators across DFW including three transactions for WeWork during 2016-2018. In addition, Billy has a strong background representing firms in the legal sector and the oil/gas industries. 

Billy graduated from Southern Methodist University with BBA in Finance.  In addition, he studied abroad at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark.
