Ann Morgan

Ann serves as General Manager at Transwestern, currently overseeing a portfolio of approximately 399,000 square feet of flex and medical office properties in the greater Houston area. She brings extensive experience across all disciplines of property and construction management and is responsible for all aspects of operational oversight, including property management, fiscal management, and construction supervision of commercial and medical office buildings.

Ann began her real estate career in August 2006 when she joined Transwestern. She has managed office, industrial, and medical projects, including a Class A medical project (114,405 SF) in Katy, Texas, and has collaborated with clients such as Rainier Asset Management, Medistar, Community Healthcare Trust, Ridgeline Capital Partners, and Olympia Drive Investments.

Ann is proficient in all aspects of property management, including budgeting, financial reporting, capital planning, year-end reconciliations, lease administration, and operational management. She has overseen the full lifecycle of medical real estate assets, from acquisition to sale, and brings expertise in capital and tenant improvement projects as well as tenant relations, consistently fostering strong relationships and optimizing property performance.

Prior to real estate, Ann began her career as an analyst with a Chicago-based consulting firm, where she supported major utility clients, including ComEd. This experience built a strong foundation in data analysis and strategic problem-solving, which continues to inform her results-driven approach to property management.

Ann received her degree in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. She also holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as well as her real estate license in Texas.
