TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Andy supports clients and property managers with comprehensive tenant improvement and capital project management services. He ensures that all projects are value engineered, competitively bid, and delivered on time and on budget.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Andy has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate working with office and retail properties. He previously managed US Bank Tower, a 531,608 square-foot downtown mixed-use property, Tabor Center, a 710,000 square-foot mixed-use property, and Chase Tower, a 52-story 1 million square-foot high-rise tower located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
 
Andy has assisted with negotiating and managing nearly $44 million in tenant improvement projects and $12 million in building improvement/capital projects throughout his career. He worked on the food court redevelopment at the Colorado Athletic Club for $5.6 million on 42,000 square feet. He managed $3.25 million of 60,000 square feet of landlord and tenant improvement work for Rothgerber Johnson Lyons, and $3.2 million of 30,000 square feet of work for Otten Johnson Law Firm. Andy also completed $1.25 million of work on Transwestern’s new 11,000 square-foot corporate office in Denver.

Andy has received the Management Excellence Award Winner and The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award Winner at Tabor Center with Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

EDUCATION

Andy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a minor in Biology and Military Science (Army ROTC) from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He holds a real estate license for Colorado and earned a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) ICSC ’92. Andy went to the US Army Airborne School and is a Commissioned Officer of the United States Army. He received the Army Achievement Medal and Meritorious Service Medal.
