HOUSTON – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the expansion of its Healthcare Advisory Services group with the addition of Associate Seth Gilford. Based in Austin, Texas, Gilford has joined the National Healthcare team with a focus on investment sales.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Gilford served as a Vice President of Capital Markets for Quantum Real Estate Advisors Inc. There, he collaborated closely with developers, funds, and family offices, advising on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant Healthcare assets across the country.
Gilford holds a bachelor's degree in business with a focus in marketing and sales from the University of Indiana.
