DALLAS – Transwestern, an integrated commercial real estate organization, announces Kati Lavarias has joined the firm as Senior Manager, Organizational Development Strategist. Lavarias will work alongside Chief Human Resources Officer Allison Allen to support strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance and drive talent solutions across the firm.
With nearly a decade of experience in talent management, Lavarias specializes in building inclusive, high-performing teams and aligning recruitment strategies with business goals. This includes partnering with regional HR teams to implement change management programs and support every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Lavarias joins Transwestern after ten years with Ernst & Young LLP, where she led enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives focused on early career talent, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term workforce development and retention. She also brings recruiting experience in the field of higher education. At San Diego State University, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Master of Arts in postsecondary educational leadership.
