Houston – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces John Ferruzzo, SIOR, and Nick Peterson, SIOR have joined the commercial real estate company to expand its Occupier Solutions and Investment Sales services for industrial users and investors throughout the country. Ferruzzo, who joins as Executive Managing Director, recently was named Industrial Broker of Year by the Houston chapter of NAIOP.

With 23 years of experience, Ferruzzo has closed more than $1.5 billion in transactions comprising more than 31 million square feet throughout his career. Some of his notable clients include Patterson UTI, Panattoni, Genentech, Fairfield Geotechnologies, Hilcorp, AEW, and Prologis.

Peterson, joining as Managing Director, has closed over 6 million square feet of transactions in his career, totaling over $400 million in aggregate value. Specializing in tenant and buyer representation, project leasing, and property dispositions, he was recognized in 2013 as a NAIOP Rising Star and was recently named a Houston Business Journal Heavy Hitter.
