WASHINGTON – Transwestern announces the addition of Jon Lawrence as Executive Vice President, Edward Zaptin as Senior Vice President, and Shane Keeton as Associate, expanding the firm’s industrial brokerage capabilities and positioning across the Mid-Atlantic region. The trio brings decades of experience, relationships, and deep institutional and market knowledge to deliver integrated real estate solutions to industrial owners, occupiers, and investors.
“Jon, Ed, and Shane will not only accelerate the growth of our industrial platform in the Mid-Atlantic but also strengthen our ability to deliver strategic, sophisticated solutions for clients with regional and multi-market real estate needs,” said Keith Foery, Executive Managing Director at Transwestern Services.
Joining Transwestern from Cushman & Wakefield, Lawrence, Zaptin and Keeton advise a diverse client base ranging from local industrial operators to national occupiers and institutional owners. Together, they have built a strong track record of developing and executing tailored real estate strategies designed to solve complex challenges, uncover opportunities and drive value. In the past year, the team has transacted more than 2.12 million square feet for Meta, Prologis, Terreno, FedEx, Beacon and DHL, among others.
The team will lead leasing efforts for Northgate at Dulles, Transwestern Development’s 669,060-square-foot ground-up industrial project at Dulles International Airport.
“Clients increasingly seek advisers with deep local knowledge and the resources and reach to solve challenges across markets,” said Lawrence. “Transwestern’s collaborative platform enables our team to build on our regional expertise, bring our clients a stronger network of resources, and deliver even better solutions and outcomes.”
