DALLAS – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it is expanding its Dallas multifamily team with the strategic hire of Philip Wiegand as Managing Director.
“Philip brings a wealth of experience and market insight that complements Transwestern’s collaborative culture, and we’re thrilled to establish an immediate presence in the multifamily investment sales sector,” said Paul Wittorf, Executive Managing Director and Dallas Market Leader at TRS.
Wiegand joins Transwestern with over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has been involved in more than $9 billion worth of multifamily transactions, closing on over 100,000 apartment units.
