Denver – Transwestern’s Denver office today announces Craig Bustos has been elevated to Vice President for his success in growing the firm’s and his respective team’s market share.
Bustos, who handles leasing and investment sales for industrial assets and land, has been with Transwestern since 2014 after accumulating almost 10 years of experience in appraisal. His latest transactions include a large relocation project for RoadSafe Traffic Systems and an industrial lease for CircusTrix, and he has completed or is under contract on five industrial building sales along the South Santa Fe Corridor for a total of 61,190 square feet valued at $8,000,000 million.
“Craig’s extensive appraisal experience allowed him to enter into brokerage with unparalleled underwriting skills. Craig’s market knowledge, strong work ethic and commercial real estate experience enable him to assist clients in making sound real estate decisions,” said managing Senior Vice President Lee Wallis.
Bustos and Paton plan to further grow the land and industrial teams by focusing on the Northern Colorado land market and the South Denver metro industrial market.
