ATLANTA – Transwestern announces its Southeast Healthcare Advisory Services group has been retained to provide Agency Leasing services for Northside Alpharetta Medical Campus, a four-building, 415,000-square-foot property at 3400 Old Milton Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia. Transwestern Managing Director John V. Lopez and Vice President Bo Stuart will lead leasing efforts on behalf of the owner, Evergreen Medical Properties.

Northside Alpharetta Medical Campus is located at GA-400 and Old Milton Parkway, in the heart of Alpharetta's dynamic healthcare corridor and minutes from the Avalon shopping district. The 140-acre, Class A campus features a convenient tenant mix of more than 200 leading medical providers within the Northside Hospital network.
