MILWAUKEE – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it represented Robertson Ryan & Associates in its 17,432-square-foot lease at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave. in Milwaukee. Vice President Shaun Dempsey of Transwestern provided tenant advisory services for the client.
Robertson Ryan & Associates will be moving from the sixth floor to the completely renovated eighth floor of Tower 2.
