Represented Robertson Ryan & Associates in a 16,612-square-foot lease

Milwaukee – Transwestern’s Milwaukee office today announces it represented Robertson Ryan & Associates in a 16,612-square-foot lease at 20975 Swenson Drive in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The insurance provider previously occupied 14,024 square feet at Crossroads Corporate Center VIIA, a 72,170-square-foot office building. Transwestern Vice President Shaun Dempsey represented the tenant in the renewal and 2,588-square-foot expansion.
