Milwaukee – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces it represented Close to the Heart in a 1,735-square-foot lease at 217 N. Main St. in Thiensville, Wisconsin. TCS Vice President Shaun Dempsey represented the tenant in the transaction.
The mother’s lounge and boutique previously occupied 400 square feet in downtown Cedarburg. Close to the Heart owner, Jessica Featherstone, is excited to have a larger space that will accommodate a classroom and a larger selection of maternity and nursing clothing.
“One thing that I really focus on is supporting women as they transition into motherhood,” said Featherstone. “This new space is perfect for that as we can hold more classes and parenting groups.”
