CHICAGO – Transwestern today announces Micah Larmie, Senior Vice President of Asset Services, was honored in Real Estate Forum’s “50 Under 40” list that recognizes rising stars who are making an impact and exhibiting leadership in the commercial real estate industry. Larmie was selected from hundreds of applicants nationwide and featured in the October 2017 issue of Real Estate Forum.

As Senior Vice President of Asset Services, Larmie provides seamless management services for Transwestern’s Midwest portfolio of over 19 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use assets.
Larmie has been active in commercial real estate for more than 14 years. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2014, she had extensive experience in operating Class A office, industrial and mixed-use properties, acquisitions and dispositions, and development and redevelopment. Prior to her current role, she served as the general manager of KBS Realty Advisors’ 500 West Madison, a premier 1.5 million-square-foot, Class A office tower in Chicago’s West Loop.
