Firm Earns Spot on List for Eighth Time, Including Four Times at No. 1

New York – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces that it was named a “Best Place to Work” by Crain’s New York Business, ranking first for the small business category and overall. The firm has been included on the prestigious list eight times total, seven years consecutively and a remarkable four times in the No. 1 spot.
“This one means the most, it really does,” said Rory Murphy, partner at Transwestern. “Because this recognition is based on employee input, we have enjoyed every time we’ve been included on the list. Being back in the No. 1 spot is a credit to the entire Transwestern family.”
Transwestern cites its client and employee focus as keys to its frequent inclusion on the list. The Crain’s New York Business “Best Places to Work” list highlights the 100 best places to work in New York City, determined by a survey of the workplaces’ employees as well as an employer questionnaire. Crain’s works with Best Companies Group, an independent research company that has been managing employee engagement surveys since 2004, to conduct the research and determine the final rankings. This is the 14th year of the study, which includes a wide array of industries throughout New York. The rankings were announced during a virtual event on Sept. 23.
