CHICAGO – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces Naperville Corporate Center at 1230 E. Diehl Road in Naperville, Illinois, has been designated a BOMA 360 Performance Building by Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. Naperville Corporate Center, owned by Real Capital Solutions, is managed by Transwestern Senior Property Manager Colette Menolascino. Transwestern also provides Agency Leasing services for the building.

The BOMA 360 Performance Program validates and recognizes commercial properties that demonstrate best practices in property management. In addition to the BOMA 360 designation, Naperville Corporate Center was recently awarded the Kingsley Associates Excellence Award, which distinguishes properties that outperform the Kingsley Indexä industry benchmark for overall tenant satisfaction.
