HOUSTON – Transwestern today announces Katy Stewart Gragg has joined the firm’s Houston office as Senior Associate on the Agency Leasing team led by Executive Vice President Eric Anderson. In this role, she will focus on leasing services, including transaction management and execution, as well as marketing and business development on behalf of clients.

Gragg comes to Transwestern from Stream Realty Partners where she represented 2.2 million square feet of office space across eight submarkets on behalf of eight institutional and private real estate investors.
