MINNEAPOLIS – Transwestern today announces four industry professionals have joined the firm’s Minneapolis/St. Paul operations: Vice President Jim Montez, Associate Nick Sveen, Senior Associate Nate Erickson and Brokerage and Marketing Coordinator Jenna Maxfield. The new team members, who bring the market’s brokerage headcount to 17, cite Transwestern’s commitment to best-in-class service and growth potential as the main attractions to the firm.

The downtown powerhouse duo of Montez and Sveen specialize in office assets in the Minneapolis Central Business District. Together they have represented owners and clients in transactions totaling 2.5 million square feet, including 1 million square feet in the North Loop.
Erickson brings seven years of west market experience in the industrial leasing sector.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Montez, Sveen, Maxfield and Erickson worked at Cushman & Wakefield.
