Dallas – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces Ryan Chambers has joined as Director in the firm’s Consulting Services group. Based in Dallas, Chambers will support and advance the data analytics capabilities of the Consulting Services team, as well as collaborate on Transwestern’s national data intelligence initiatives.

Chambers specializes in deploying geospatial information systems (GIS) tools to build multivariate location optimization models based on labor availability, demographics and sustainability. He joins Transwestern from EMSI, a leader in labor market analytics. As Senior Analyst of Location Economics, he developed decision-support tools and applications using workforce, demographic, social and demand indicators. Previously, Chambers was a GIS Analyst at JLL, where he successfully developed a STEM labor application covering the state of New Jersey. Later, MIT University’s research and development group confirmed its integrity of research and analysis. Through spatial and predictive analytics, Chambers’ work has supported the location decisions of firms such as Allstate, Amazon, Facebook, TIAA and United Healthcare Group.
Chambers graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelor’s degree in GIS.
