DALLAS - Transwestern today announces it has expanded its Agency Leasing team in Dallas with Principal Jay Bailey, who will be responsible for new business development and leasing services for office buildings within the company’s leasing portfolio.

Bailey brings more than 24 years of office leasing experience to Transwestern, most recently serving at JLL as Senior Vice President. He previously worked at Cassidy Turley and CBRE. Some of his prominent clients included TIAA-CREF, PIMCO, Investcorp, Apollo Real Estate Advisors and Brookwood Financial. During his career, Bailey has generated more than 10 million square feet of transactions.
