Fort Worth, Texas – Transwestern Development Co. (TDC®) today announces it has sold RiverVue Apartments, a 375-unit residential property at 5825 Arborlawn in Fort Worth, Texas. St. Regis Properties acquired the property for an undisclosed amount.
Completed in 2017, RiverVue is situated within the Waterside project, a mixed-use development on Bryant Irvin with neighborhood retail, Whole Foods and REI Co-op. The property was 90 percent occupied at the time of sale.
RiverVue offers best-in-class finishes and unique floor plans, from the chef-inspired kitchen to the spa-style bath.
