· Smiley Barn Property Co., LLC has purchased the Montage Building (7,284 SF) located at 2420 Milwaukee Street, Delafield, WI. Transwestern Executive Vice President John Dulmes and Executive Vice President Daniel Walsh represented the Seller in the transaction.
