MILWAUKEE – Transwestern today announces the following transactions in the Milwaukee area.
SALE
- Anzomade LLC purchased the 1897 mansion located at 1037 N. Astor St. in Milwaukee. The 4,860-square-foot office building has had only three owners, starting with James Ilsley, son of the Marshall & Ilsley founder. Originally constructed as a residence, the property is now home to Falk Legal Group. Transwestern Executive Vice Presidents John Dulmes and Daniel Walsh represented the buyer in the transaction.
LEASES
- Ophthalmology Associates SC has leased 8,323 square feet of office space at 4600 W. Loomis Road in Greenfield. Transwestern Vice President Shaun Dempsey represented the tenant in the transaction.
- Burn Boot Camp has leased 4,597 square feet of retail space at 1260 Brown St. in Oconomowoc. Transwestern Vice President Shaun Dempsey represented the tenant in the transaction.
- Reliance Standard Life Insurance Co. has renewed and expanded its office lease at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave. in Milwaukee to 2,852 square feet. Transwestern Vice President Shaun Dempsey represented the tenant in the transaction.
- Symetria Health has leased 2,636 square feet of office space at 6080 S. 108th St. in Hales Corners. Transwestern Vice President Shaun Dempsey represented the tenant in the transaction.
- MKE Benefits has leased 1,532 square feet of office space at 411 E. Wisconsin Ave. in Milwaukee. Transwestern Executive Vice Presidents John Dulmes and Daniel Walsh represented the tenant in the transaction.
- NLP Engineering has leased 780 square feet of office space at 131 W. Layton Ave. in Milwaukee. Transwestern Executive Vice Presidents John Dulmes and Daniel Walsh represented the landlord in the transaction.
- Salute Inc. has leased 470 square feet of office space at 131 W. Layton Ave. in Milwaukee. Transwestern Executive Vice Presidents John Dulmes and Daniel Walsh represented the landlord in the transaction.
