MILWAUKEE – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the sale of 5600 Professional Center at 5600 W. Brown Deer Road in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. The property, which was 100% leased at the time of sale, was purchased for $1.9 million by Aspire BD 5600, LLC. Transwestern Executive Vice President Shaun Dempsey represented the seller in the transaction.
Prior to the disposition, Transwestern provided Agency Leasing services for 5600 Professional Center. Since assuming leasing responsibilities, the property went from 65% leased to 100%.
“This stretch of West Brown Deer Road has seen a resurgence in retail and office leasing over the past few years,” said Dempsey. “The timing of the sale was perfect given the new retail opportunities and very low office vacancy available in the area.”
