The property was purchased for $2.65 million by 530 Sunset LLC. Transwestern Executive Vice President Shaun Dempsey represented the seller in the transaction.
Sunset Retail Center is a 14,000-square-foot neighborhood retail center located within Waukesha’s highly desirable commercial district along W. Sunset Drive.
