Visual Technology Company Signs 11,500 SF Office Sublease in Atlanta

ATLANTA – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces VuWall, a Montreal-based visual technology company, has signed an 11,500-square-foot sublease at Holcomb Woods, a Class A, 240,000-square-foot office building at 1000 Holcomb Woods Parkway in Roswell, Georgia. Transwestern’s Austin Hibbard, Bradley Fulkerson and Peyton Wimberly advised the tenant on the relocation and expansion of its U.S. headquarters.
