Transwestern Represents Seller of Fully Leased Medical Office Building

HOUSTON – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces it negotiated the sale of Town Center Medical, a Class A building totaling 29,903 square feet at 16545 Southwest Freeway in Sugar Land, Texas. The property is directly across from Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital, a 319-bed general acute care hospital specializing in cardiology, oncology, sports medicine and women’s care.

Town Center Medical is currently 100% occupied. The anchor tenant is Houston ENT and Allergy, one of the largest and oldest ear, nose and throat groups in the nation.
The TCS Houston healthcare team has executed 522 healthcare transactions during the last 24 months and more than 2,000 transactions during the past five years. This project brings the team’s healthcare leasing and management portfolio to 82 properties totaling more than 5.5 million square feet on behalf of some of the largest healthcare institutions in the country.
