Office Real Estate Expert is the Latest Hire in Service Expansion throughout The District

Bethesda, MD. – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces Tony Womack has joined the firm as Executive Vice President – Agency Leasing. Womack joins from Tishman Speyer where he served as Managing Director and helped drive leasing efforts for the firm’s office portfolio throughout Washington, D.C. In his new role, he will be responsible for advancing Transwestern’s office leasing practice in Northern Virginia.

Womack has more than 30 years of experience in the metro’s commercial real estate market and is the newly appointed president of the NAIOP Northern Virginia chapter. Before his 12-year tenure at Tishman Speyer, he worked for brokerage firms Grubb & Ellis and Spaulding & Slye.
