33,000 SF Lease Among the Largest 2021 Transactions in Prestigious Submarket

PHOENIX – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Stewart Title has signed a long-term 33,254-square-foot headquarters lease at 3131 East Camelback Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Transwestern Senior Vice President Justin Himelstein and Senior Associate Nik Vallens represented Stewart Title in the transaction.
“Stewart Title’s location at 3131 Camelback will support the company’s current and future real estate needs,” said Himelstein. “Transwestern successfully negotiated terms, including building signage, one double-sided slot on each monument and ample parking for employees and customers.”
Owned by Lincoln Property Company, 3131 Camelback is a two-building, Class A office property in Phoenix’s highly sought-after Camelback Corridor submarket. Lincoln Property Company’s John Orsak and Nick Nudo represented the landlord in the transaction.
Following their acquisition of the assets of Empire West Title Agency, Stewart Title sought a space that would support their active growth. 3131 Camelback will house the commercial and residential divisions of the firm, as well as the company’s Arizona-based principals. Himelstein has provided Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions services for Empire West Title Agency for over 10 years.
