MINNEAPOLIS – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces its Midwest Capital Markets Group brokered the sale of a six-building, 191,968-square-foot industrial portfolio in Northeast Minneapolis. Harrison Wagenseil and Erik Coglianese represented the seller, a private family office, in the transaction and secured the buyer, Builgo Capital Partners, a private equity group new to the Minneapolis – St. Paul market.

The 100% leased, value-add portfolio marks Buligo’s first acquisition in Minnesota. Transwestern’s Industrial Services team of Alex Baron, Nate Erickson and Ben Youds will take over leasing of Mill Industrial Works.
