Houston – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces RGN Houston I LLC, doing business as Regus, has signed an 18,049-square-foot lease at One Westchase Center at 10777 Westheimer Road in Houston. Transwestern’s Senior Vice President Louann Pereira, Managing Director Doug Little and Vice President Matthew Seliger provide agency leasing services on behalf of the landlord, Nitya Capital.

One Westchase Center is a Class A office building that features a fully furnished conference facility, fitness center with showers, a delicatessen, 24-hour security and on-site property management. The building’s unique 40,000-square-foot floorplate is ideal for dense users seeking ultimate efficiency. Located in the Westchase Business District, One Westchase Center provides direct access to Beltway 8 and the Energy Corridor.
