Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Capital Markets Team was hired by Deutsche Wealth Services (DWS) to handle the disposition of a nine-building, 711,220-square-foot industrial portfolio in Hanover, Maryland. The portfolio included properties 7222 Parkway Drive; 7100, 7115, 7121, 7150, 7170 and 7200 Standard Drive; and 7267 and 7270 Park Circle Drive. The properties offer strategic access to the Baltimore/Washington marketplaces, being located minutes off I-95 and adjacent to the Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI). Tenants included Lockheed Martin, AT&T and Sprint.
