ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND – Transwestern announces it has been retained by Maryland REALTORS® to provide Asset Services for two office buildings totaling 64,708 square feet in Annapolis, Maryland: 200 Harry S. Truman Parkway, the association’s 54,762-square-foot Class A headquarters office building, and 2594 Riva Road, a 9,946-square-foot single-tenant office building next door. Transwestern’s Sarah Alt and Calin Gladden will lead management oversight of the properties.
