Atlanta – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces the expansion of its Atlanta Occupier Solutions team with the addition of Peyton Wimberly as Managing Director. Wimberly joins Senior Managing Director Bradley Fulkerson in providing corporate clients with insightful, achievable real estate solutions that create value and drive business strategy results.

Wimberly has spent more than 20 years developing local, regional and national real estate strategies for companies that include Chicken Salad Chick, BVT, Crawford Media, North GA Conference of the UMC, United Methodist Children’s Home, Nationwide Insurance, Northwestern Mutual, Vesta Corporation and Sterling Payments. He was previously with Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Wimberly has been recognized by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors as a repeated Million Dollar Club top office producer and a recipient of the Phoenix Award. He is a member of the Buckhead Lions Club and serves on various board and committee positions with local organizations.
