Houston – Transwestern today announces Lisa Bovermann has joined the firm’s Healthcare Advisory Services team as Senior Vice President. In this role, Bovermann will provide agency leasing services to healthcare clients in Greater Houston.
“Lisa’s extensive real estate and operational background in the healthcare industry will further Transwestern’s goal to positively impact our clients in a meaningful way,” said Eric Johnson, Transwestern’s National Healthcare Director.
Bovermann joins Transwestern from CBRE where she was responsible for more than 2.4 million square feet of medical office space. She has completed more than 500 transactions encompassing 1.28 million square feet valued at $167 million. Her clients have included Memorial Hermann Health System, the largest hospital system in the greater Houston area, as well as HCP Inc. and UT Health.
