Minneapolis – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Harrison Wagenseil and Erik Coglianese have joined the Transwestern Minneapolis team as Managing Director and Analyst, respectively. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial property sales, including founding his own firm, Wagenseil will lead the Minneapolis Investment Services group.

After starting his commercial real estate career in San Francisco, Wagenseil founded Standard Commercial, a real estate consulting and brokerage firm, in Minneapolis in 2016 where his team focused on selling investment properties on behalf of private capital funds, trusts and family offices across the Midwest.
